1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.
Please note, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
2. Shipping Rates
All orders are shipped using a standard shipping method. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
- Free shipping on orders over $499.99
- $19.99 flat rate for orders between $200 and $499
- $14.99 flat rate for orders under $200
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our part.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive an email notification confirming shipment.
4. Delivery Timeframes
After your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days, depending on the destination and carrier service.
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays caused by carriers or external factors are beyond our control.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking details are sent to your email once the shipping company provides us with the tracking number.
If your order was placed during the weekend or on a holiday, tracking will be provided at the start of the following business week.
You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account on our website.
6. Weekend & Holiday Orders
Orders placed after business hours on Friday or during weekends and holidays will be processed starting on the next business day.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
8. Return Policy Overview
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
A return shipping fee and restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.
