Return and Refund Policy for Bear Security Shop
Thanks for shopping with Bear Security Shop. We’re a support-first team, if something feels off, we want to help you get to the right outcome fast and fairly.
By making a purchase, you agree to the return and refund terms below.
Return eligibility
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it, unused and uninstalled
- In the original packaging
- Returned with all original accessories and included items
(cables, mounting parts, manuals, remotes, batteries, adapters, and any included extras) - Returned with valid proof of purchase

Return shipping costs
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs and for arranging shipment back to us.
If the return is due to an error on our side, such as receiving a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us right away and we will make it right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will help you resolve it.
Warranty and defective items
Many products we sell are covered by a manufacturer warranty. If you suspect a defect, reach out to us first, we will help you troubleshoot and guide you to the fastest solution, whether that is a return within the return window or a warranty path with the manufacturer.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products that have been modified or altered
- Gift cards or downloadable software products
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item (subject to availability).
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we receive and inspect your return.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
Restocking fee
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee under certain conditions:
- 25% may be applied if the returned product is opened, used, or not in its original condition
- For products returned in new condition, the restocking fee is 5%
